  They need to do better hiring people! Specifically, the one girl who doesn't understand that BLACK coffee means no cream no sugar. Regardless of how many times I specify NO sugar or cream, I get cream and lots of sugar. Then I get an attitude when I try to have it corrected. This is not the first time this has happened. The time before, i ordered a breakfast sandwich and got a squished muffin and a used napkin. Thankfully, I checked, but I still got this blank look from the girl at the drive through window as to why I was annoyed who not offer to remedy the situation. I had to go through the manager. The supposed convenience of drive thru isn't worth it anymore.

  Doesn't matter how i feel first sip of coffee from different dunkin. This location is worst in that. They dont have consistent taste of Dunkin every time. This is closer to my office but I need to rethink now to go different location other than this.
