  This place is 5 minutes from my job so many of my coworkers eat there. I was introduced to Kettleman's Bagels by a coworker. The food is very good and baked fresh.
  
  Likes: chicken salad (not an actual salad but like a potato salad), bagels, and croissants.
  
  Dislikes: tuna salad, hot chocolate, and breakfast sandwiches
  
  They get very busy so it's always best to call your order ahead and pick it up when ready. If you try to order when you get there you will be there for at least 20 mins. Customer service is very poor. They are rude and rush you when you are speaking and ordering. They are so flustered and busy that they give customers a nasty attitude when they are feeling overwhelmed, it happens regularly. Inside the bagel shop is very small and gets crowded quickly when it gets busy.

  Great bagels and friendly staff. However, this place is very slow because it is very disorganized. They decide who will take the order and who will prepare the order for each customer in line. The pattern changes minute to minute. Kettleman's should study the system at Bagel Barn in Skillman. Ketttleman's has better bagels. Bagel Barn has better organization.
