Guess they are too busy to fix the problem and most likely they don't know how to. Sigh... other than that, this is a good place to have coffee and relax. Starbucks is not getting more customers because their quality of service is going down gradually. Probably the company isn't taking good care of their employees. Bathrooms, tables, and milk areas are all going down.July 07, 2016
